Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received them

You must contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return process.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to handling, installation, or storage
  • Clearance or final sale items, where stated

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
